Relocate icons

As a right handed user, I like commonly used buttons closest to my dominant hand / thumb / finger.

In this app, the two most accesible buttons are bin/delete and cog/settings. Two features that I rarely use.

Can they be either: moved or on a long press menu or on a swipe menu?
