Would this not open user's up to security issues? If so, are there similar alternatives to this? Thanks

The project is definitely not dead, I am just very tight on time budget currently. But I still have plans to extend this app, and I hope I can start that off with a smaller bugfix release in Q1/24.

In terms of security, as stated in the FAQ the browsing engine itself is not part of this app. It uses Android System Webview, which is updated regularly through Google Play Store, independently from any Native Alpha update.

Oh ok sorry about that I'm not as in the loop as I should be with the android ecosystem.

I hope you do continue work on it because it's great. I decided to use WebApp from play store because the app saves cookies and keeps me logged in whereas NativaAlpha didn't when I used it. I only really use it for youtube.

@cylonid Really love what you have made here. It's bare-bones UI wise, but quite functional. What new features do you envision for the app, if I may ask?

If there's some way the community can help or join in, please add it to the project board or as "good first issue". I am personally unfamiliar with the code base so far. But I am willing to take a dive in and turn some bolts, with your blessing.
