camera does not start

i am using instascan library in my web app to scan QR Code using mobile camera it is working fine when i access through browser but it is not working when i converted this into app, i give camera permission to Native Alpha app in mobile setting also i give camera permission to this app in Native Alpha app settings, how can i use camera in this??
