Create a view providing analysis on suites/jobs, some quick ideas:

  • [x] Display average runtime for tasks (with error bars).
    • #1254
    • #1355
  • [ ] Graph job runtime against cycle point. (#1510)
  • [ ] Provide a summary of resource usage on each job platform.
  • [ ] List tasks by probability of failure.
