Long variable names are cutoff in 'Edit Runtime' menu

NOTE: Using Cylc UI 2.5.0

Problem

If you have long variable names, they get cut off in the Edit Runtime view.

If you happen to have multiple variable names which are similar and long, it is more difficult to determine which is which.

Proposed Solution

Maybe hover the cursor over shows the full text in a tooltip? Ability to highlight it and scroll across? Expand to fill more whitespace around the borders? Expand the menu to be wider if possible (it appears to be fixed width rather than dynamic based on browser real-estate)?
