Firefox on Linux: GScan edge drag doesn't work when scrollbar is visible

Description

I've noticed on Firefox for Linux with auto-hiding scrollbars, the GScan sidebar/drawer cannot be resized when the scroll bar is present + visible (hovering over sidebar) because the scroll bar covers the drag element.
