aotf: buttons for commonly used combinations

Provide shortcuts in the mutation menu for commonly used options.

E.G. For the "stop" mutation, we might want a shortcut for the commonly used --kill option.

See also https://github.com/cylc/cylc-ui/issues/1364 which recommended this for the set-outputs mutation.

This was part of the design sketches (see #87), here's an extract showing some shortcuts in red/green buttons.

Note the "out" and "err" shortcuts for the log view which is a view not a command.
