lint: production ruleset

There are some things which are reasonable in research / development workflows which are not advisable in production workflows.

Perhaps the linter should have an additional ruleset to cover these things?

Ideas:

  • [scheduler]allow implicit tasks
  • [scheduler]experimental

I like this as an idea.

I'd suggest that it should be "all the 7-2-8 plus extras".
