Clearing broadcasts does not update GraphQL `Runtime` data

Description

Clearing a broadcast does not reset the GraphQL Runtime data/config. It still reflects any broadcasts that were applied up to this point.

Possibly the data store is not being updated?

After clearing the broadcast, re-running the GraphQL query should return the original Runtime data
