have this error "unknown url type: 'deps/peid/signatures_short.txt' " I think the packer did not detect me.

I encounter the same error as yours. The cause of this error is working directory is not the "PyPackerDetector" root director, while the path 'deps/peid/signatures_short.txt' is a relative path. Just modify the path as your directory structure.
