Extension no longer works as a result of twitter domain change. Please fix when possible.

Twitter's domain is now officially x.com, and the extension is now broken. Please fix the extension if you can when possible. Elon is an idiot and the x is so ugly. Thank you kindly for making this in the first place, hope it can be fixed.
