If we are not implementing the default operator list, then we are not allowed to set the Creator Fee within Opensea, like sending address(0) in construction won't allow setting the Creator fee. "it's not the best thing?"

If you do not set the default operator in the constructor then your contract will still register with the OS Registry. Now does this enable the Creator Fee regardless on OpenSea? That is unknown as OS have given no guidance on what does/does not allow Creator Fee to be edited
