都掉在这个坑里，应该不少人碰到这个问题吧。有人建议用源码编译安装，但是编译安装的时候，又依赖了go get，本来装cow就是为了go get。。鸡跟蛋两个都分不出先后了

直接http_proxy, 用shadowsocks的http代理就可以，不用socket5

我昨天也碰到了这个问题，源码打包了一份就可以了，附上地址：https://github.com/OMGZui/go/blob/master/cow.zip 适合unix
