[Bug] Minimized to tray sessions disappear after explorer.exe crash

There's a bug which causes all the minimized to tray sessions to disappear if there's an "explorer.exe" crash, which could happen from time to time.

To reproduce: Open multiple SSH sessions, minimize them to tray, then (intentionally) crash exporer.exe using Task Manager or using taskkill.exe (for testing purposes).

When the taskbar restores, all the minimized to tray KiTTy sessions disappear from the system tray, however they're still present as active processes, but with no possibility to restore them back.
