Feature Request: open in new window

I have a rather complex folder structure for my session.

So when I want to open multiple sessions I have to navigate my folder structure for every session.

I think it would be handy if the Kitty Configuration window would not be closed when I open a session. This way I can open the next session while the Kitty Configuration window still shows the session directory I last navigated to.

WinBox (a Session manager for Mikrotik routers/switches; not for SSH) has this option.
