Font fallback for Unicode math symbols

I've been enjoying KiTTY very much. But more and more often lately, I encounter Unicode math symbols in my terminal that KiTTY renders as squares but Windows Terminal renders fine:

I am using the same font settings in both terminals. Windows Terminal appears to fill in missing Unicode symbols from fallback fonts. Can we get this same behavior in KiTTY?
