configdir : no folder creation

Hello,

In kitty.ini, if the absolute path defined not exist, Kitty will not create it.

If I set to C:\Users\MyUser\Documents\Kitty without creating Kitty folder, it's not created by the software.

Is there possible to implement this functionnality ?
