Ctrl-f causes window to lose focus

This is very strange since it happens approximately one time per day. Usually, the first time each day I hit ctrl-f (typically to page-fwd in vim), the KiTTY window loses keyboard focus. I'm not sure where it goes to. Once I click back in the KiTTY window, then I'm good for the rest of the day (there could be some variance here, but that's mostly true).

I actually have a mouse focus event tracker installed because Cisco Jabber also has a problem with losing keyboard focus (all Cisco software that I use is mega-buggy). Tomorrow morning, I will enable the tracker before starting my work with KiTTY.
