Best Way to organize session structure (Folder/Files) and inhereted settings ?

I'm using kitty since years, kitty launcher + Settings in Files/Folders instead of Registry.

Over time my structure degenerated .. I have different settings for files/folders by accident. Now its time to clean up this mess.

Would would be the best approach? Are all settings inhereted? Would need to be cleaned from the individual files?

If I'm right there is no inheritance in session files. You can create a "template" session with preferred settings, and change specific settings and save under a different name. Maybe you can use some scripting to automatize it, session settings its just simple plain text files.
