mysql: change aws testdata from eu-west-3 to us-east-1

Should we switch from eu-west-3 to us-east-1 Most of the services are available on us-east-1 first and few services might not be on eu-west-3 yet.

If yes we will have to re-generate the testdata SQL and fix the unittest
