i click RunVRCSubs bat file i see this image

Odd, pip doesn't appear to be in PATH

When installing python, please ensure Add Python to PATH is checked! If not, try re-installing python and validating that. :)

I had the same error, turns out I had too many pythons installed in my machine so I did a clean reinstall by making sure I did a clean uninstall and then installing it again and it worked.

Probably something was buggy because I had too many python versions together I couldn't install anything with pip whatsoever lmao XD
