Include or exclude coins that had a 24h change up or down of XX percent.

Not sure for which script this is requested, but I'm currently testing an addition to the CoinMarketCap script which is able to exclude coins with a 'percent change' of x (up and down) on 1h, 24h and 7d timeframe.

Will create a Pull Request when testing has been finished and update this issue.
