Update version on pypi

The newest version on pypi.org is still version 0.3.2, which doesn't support Django 1.6.

I'm sorry i have problems with the pypi account used to upload 0.3.2.

You can uninstall this package and use https://pypi.python.org/pypi/django-ignoretests2 instead. (same git repo, updated for 1.6)

Can't you get in contact with Python team to remove that entry or put a disclaimer to use the django-ignoretests2?
