Implement Eos Kafka Pump

We want to index posts, comments and etc from Steem chain.

Steem Pump Module:

  • [ ] Define entities and kafka topics
  • [ ] Implement Steam Pump module base functionality.

I would love to change this to EOS pump as nor STEEM, nor BTS, nor GOLOS is not the priority right now
