@asadovka @xhipster @litvintech Is it needed for 0.1? We use cosmos block-tx semantic.... Also, there is no contract plans for 0.1

It is more about defenition of how we will index blocks, transactions and contracts from ETH and other... Still actual and on my backlog and is in scope of 0.2 - minimal valuable knowledge graph

@xhipster than we need more detailed issues. Also, it is should be separated into dedicated index repos. Not of scope cyberd itself.
