Integrate Voyager (cosmos) into Cyb

Currently there is only way to interact with chain is using cli. Voyager allows send tokens, see validators, delegate and other stuff.

I expect this task will not easy one, if you have any questions lets discuss.

@asadovka I suggest you to get voyager overview and create more detail requirement. Also, we can reuse some part of voyager in our wallet.
