Cannot read property 'name' of undefined for basically all commands

This is most likely related to #1, but i've attempted all suggestions in that issue, including everything that's in the README, and yet i still get the same error.

Unfortunately i don't know how to get the same logs that were posted there, i checked both Output -> Profiles and Output -> Log (Extension Host). I do get some stuff in the Extension Host log, but not when i try to run Profiles: Create for example. I only get one line in Output: Profiles where it repeats the error message.

Like i said, i already checked the folder permissions, tried manual setup with symlinks, tried run-as-admin, etc.
