An explicit test exists for TLS between secretless and backend

All the test cases for SSL are implicit in that they are carried out from the client perspective

A test is needed to determine that TLS is indeed present between Secretless and the Backend. Perhaps we can go as far as figuring out if the options provided to Secretless are the ones being used for the connection.
