LogonHeader token is not available for most scripts

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

We need to be able to use these scripts using ISPSS. This means we need to have a logontoken parameter similar to onboarding safes and accounts.

Describe the solution you would like

Add parameter called LogonToken and make sure that it is being used correctly in all scripts to log into the APIs.
