the current version does not support semicolon as CSV separator

The script (Account Onboard Utility) looks to be working fine, but for convenience of europe based people it would be nice if an additional delimiter can be added semicolon (;)

based on regional settings excel exports CSV with a comma or a semicolon. For European countries this in majorty is a semicolon. It must be very simple to add this as a feature to the existing code (minor change).
