We can't install offline cli on MacOs Catalina

##Bug description We compile our mac dmg installation file on Bigsur and because of that we can run this image on Catalina version.

##Found in version 7.1.0

##Workaround Complexity There's an easy workaround

##Workaround Description

  1. User can Install python 3.10.1 on Catalina environment
  2. User need to run : pip install conjur
