Offensive Language change - Python CLI and SDK

Our artifacts are:
- Conjur on RHEL related code (please be n sync with Susan team if needed)
- CLI (Python) and Python SDK - New CLI should have no offensive terminology We will concentrate in this user story in - CLI (Python) and Python SDK - New CLI should have no offensive terminology
We need to change the following areas:
1 Github pages (e.g. reference to DAP)
2 Configuration files -We should try to avoid changing config files and parameters, as any change would be a breaking change.
Per case decision. If an offensive term appears in a config file, it should be flagged and discussed.
Please notice yml for cluster deployment.
3 Commands and any User facing messages
