Break CredentialsFromFile to smaller classes

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently CredentialsFromFile has this following design problems:

  • Have multiple responsibilities does both save and load
  • Not generic : Oriented to netrc.

DOD

  • [ ] Design how to break this class to multiple smaller classes
  • [ ] Implement it.
