Trailing slashes on appliance URLs break CLI functionality

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Provide an https URL with a trailing slash during init like conjur init -u https://example.com/ -a cucumber
2. Attempt to login with any user and password using conjur authn login (have not tested hosts)

Expected Results

Successful login.

Actual Results (including error logs, if applicable)

Error "Unable to authenticate with Conjur. Please check your credentials." with no information as to why.

Version/Tag number

Tried with Docker and Ruby conjur-cli while connecting to v5 Conjur.

When you copy URLs from Chrome, they include the trailing slash.
