Add support for Privilege Cloud Shared Services

Customers on Privilege Cloud are unable to leverage this solution as is. They must make changes to the way authentication logic is configured and how the URLs are formed.

Add support for the tool to authenticate via identity and perform the api calls using the logon token against the Privilege Cloud API. The logon_pvwa function definition in the pvwa_integration.py will need to be updated.
