cyberark autoboarding on ec2 fails.

When a new instance is created and enters into running state, Cyberark elasticity lambda tries to On board the instance into vault.. But unfortunately it is failing with the below error in cloudwatch

check with DynamoDB if instance i-XXXXXXXXX exists Unknown error occurred:string indices must be integers Item i-XXXXXXXXX added successfully to DB with onboard failed

Some one faced this issue.. The code was working fine during initial deployment and suddenly start getting this error

I am running into these same issues. I am logging a SalesForce internal ticket with R&D and referencing this issue.
