Configure SSL certs/keys and postgres ssl_mode

I want to use conjur with a postgres forcing ssl_mode=verify-full and with custom SSL cert/key and CA for the web interface.

Where can I configure that ? I didn't find anywhere a config file that I can use to set that.

A config file containing all possible parameters clearly documented with the possibility to alter them at the library level. For instance, the possibility to use all Sequel postgres parameters

For instance, Gemstash uses a config.yml file described here.

Describe alternatives you have considered

None as postgres with ssl_mode=verify-full is mandatory.
