Enhacement - Provide Flatpak manifest to let cross-platform distribution using Flathub or other repos

I highly recommend to provide a Flatpak Manifest file and build the application onto a Flatpak package to provide sandboxing, version controlling and cross-platform deployment in any GNU/Linux systems out of the box by means of Flathub or any other repository.

Putting it in a repo is definitely on the roadmap. It is already multi-platform compatible as it is.
