Add eSCL support for old HP MFP
Hi, pls add eSCL support for old HP MFP like HP LaserJet MFP M132fn. Its enabled in web-admin menu but not work...
I suspect your problem is likely the same as mine, ala #643. That issue was closed a few months ago as complete, however I just recently tested and it still does not function as expected. Attached is a Packet Capture with Wireshark showing the interaction. On the UI side, the scanner does not show up during the "scan for devices" phase, and entering the IP and Port manually, produces no result at all after clicking Connect (as though the button was never clicked). However, clicking the button does produce traffic to the intended IP, and as you can see from the packet capture, an "apparently" properly formed Device Capabilities is returned.
We decided to switch to the Kyocera FS-1025MFP; for some reason, it works perfectly without network discovery, but only through WinScan2PDF...
