Selecting page after action sometimes adds to selection rather than starts a new selection
Describe the bug After selecting page(s) and completing an action, selecting a new page should result in a single page being selected, but doesn't (it adds to selection). This breaks with mac conventions and leads to unintended future rotations/manipulations.
Example: When I select a page or several pages to rotate, then rotate them… then I click a new page, the selection is extended, rather than clearing all previous selections and starting a new selection.
Weirdly, this sometimes happens when doing some manipulations but not others:
- Selecting a page and clicking the 'move up' button, then clicking new page will add to the selection.
- Selecting a page and dragging it to a new location, then clicking a new page with correctly result in a new single page selection.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Scan some pages
- Select an upside-down page, A, that's upside down
- Rotate it
- Click a new upside-down page, B (without chording shift or command on the keyboard)
- Now both A and B are selected
Expected behavior I expected only B to be selected because I've already completed my rotation of A
Typically, the Mac convention is that Page A would be deselected automatically when I start a new selection by clicking Page B. Mac convention is that clicking a thing (without chording with the keyboard) should clear all previous selections and only select the new thing. Additions to and toggles of the selection are only when chording (with shift and command, respectively).
