We need an interface for tablets

I tried using NAPS2 on a Windows tablet. It is very inconvenient to choose a scanner (small icons). Can you add an interface for tablets? Large buttons are needed for ease of use.

I'm probably not going to make a separate interface but in 8.0b1 some of the smaller things should be easier to tap now.
