Single click rotation and indicator for additional options

Currently, rotating documents in NAPS2 requires multiple clicks: one to open the dropdown menu and another to select the desired rotation angle. In the default case where a 90, 180 oder 270 degree rotation is needed, this feels very inefficient.

Proposed Improvement:

Single-click rotation:

• Make the initial click on the rotate icon directly perform a 90-degree rotation.
• Subsequent clicks on the icon can continue rotating the document in 90-degree increments.
• This behavior aligns with common image editing tools and simplifies the workflow.

Dropdown indicator for "rotate" option:

• Add a small down-facing arrow next to the rotate icon to visually indicate the presence of additional rotation options - like there is already for other (pdf, image, mail) options:
