Draggable crop box area

Can the crop box area be made draggable/movable to new location , (without changing the box's aspect ratio/size)

I scan a lot of documents, and sometimes the contents don't have same alignment across pages. It would be nice to make the crop window draggable to a new location, and use the same aspect ratio I set in the previous pages.
