Use brightness for threshold when scanning Black & White

This handles a few cases when the driver doesn't actually scan in black & white: https://github.com/cyanfish/naps2/blob/e2523aefc5339da99506275670060b4ce3075aa2/NAPS2.Sdk/Scan/Internal/RemotePostProcessor.cs#L67 But we need to set the threshold option up on individual scan drivers too.
