Duplex scanning

Can you follow [these instructions](https://www.naps2.com/doc/troubleshooting#debug-log) to collect debug logs?

It looks like Kyocera has non-standard options for the scanner source. If you use XSane, it should show the options as "Auto", "DP", "Platen", "2-sided (Binding Top)", "2-sided (Binding Left/Right)"....

[Feature Request] Double-click every adjustment scrollbar to reset to its default value

There's a Revert button that should do this.

As far as the window title, it's the name of the scanner, which seems to be a [bug in recent versions of windows](https://www.google.com/search?q=wia+"no+friendly+name")...
