The problem of converting other datasets to kitti format

Excuse me，may i ask what is the version number of nuscenes-devkit during the data preparation phase:

Convert all datasets to KITTI format. cd scripts/ python -m pip install -r convert_requirements.txt python convert.py [--datasets argo+nusc+lyft+waymo]

I often get an error when I pip install nuscenes-devkit straight away? Thank you！
