How to reproduce "multi bolded tabs"

Open at least 2 windows. Minimize the one that is focused. Select a tab in a window that is not minimized (without the focus going to TF window), this tab should be bold in TF as well as the last focused tab of the minimized window.

(Win7, chrome 68.0.3440.106, TF 0.1.17.1337)

@Procyon-b has this happened recently? I was just reminded of this ticket and would like to close it if it the problem has been fixed. I have not seen any multi-bold myself for quite a while. Thanks!
