SWV unimplemented

Part of a series of failed hardware tests as cited by #15 of krom's test code at PeterLemon/N64.

Never found to see the light of pragmatic application in any practical Nintendo 64 programs, SWV has never been implemented in this plugin due to a lack of comparison base and knowledge of context.
