re-upping this old issue. See Issue #125 for more details. Simulating the AuxTel is also possible if we wanted to do it as we have batoid and LATTIS camera models....
We now have a CCD height maps for the LSSTCam. I'm closing this and making a new ticket for adding in ComCam height maps.
@jchiang87 @RobertLuptonTheGood Are noise the noise and x-talk now in obs_lsst? (asked about non-linearity in other issue)
Noise is implemented. Waiting for data from camera team. Code is implemented.
With Batoid this should now be possible and it would be useful for DM people writing calibration code. Some code for CBP coordinate transforms that could be verified against is here: https://github.com/lsst/cbp This code is for control/analysis. So, if you want a spot pixel [X,Y] to hit a...
Re-upping this old issue. Work on this issue will now start with contributions/discussions from @parfa30.

I wanted to ping this old issue to surface it. This is something we effectively *did* do before in with the checkpoints to layer on transient objects. This has come...
I've updated the title of this issue to reflect that, In addition to the saturation and bleeding that is already included in the simulation, the sensors themselves also exhibit non-linearity...
