MIDI Interface not detected

Hey, I am really interested in experimenting with the Web MIDI API. I tried your SynthTemplate example, but non of my MIDI Interfaces is detected. JS Console returns the error: Object {code: 1} when the "onMIDISystemError" callback is triggered in midi.js

I did not figure out what Code 1 means. I have a larger MIDI Setup with 3 MultiPort MIDI Interfaces attached (Emagic AMT8, MOTU 828, Elektron TM-1) I am running Chrome Canary 30.0.1591.0 under OS X 10.8.4. MIDI Interfaces are connected and setup with the OS X Audio MIDI Setup Utility. They are running without issues parallel with my DAW. Thanks for any help.
